According to Repucom, a reputable global sports marketing research agency from an e-mail on Tuesday, Canadian Olympic gold medalist Kaillie Humphries of Calgary is being recognized for being very marketable since winning the gold medal in women's bobsled at the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi.

According to Repucom's Kathy Gardner, who is the agency's head of public relations and marketing, Humphries has become very marketable across all demographics because she defended her Olympic gold medal from the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver and she carried the flag along with her brakewoman, Heather Moyse of Summerside, Prince Edward Island in the closing ceremonies of the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi.

In a report written by Lori Ewing of the Canadian Press on Tuesday, Humphries has been extremely busy. She has met Canadian music icon Celine Dion in Las Vegas and has given exercise advice to Sport Chek customers in Toronto since winning Olympic gold again.

Humphries also plans to defend her gold medal at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games in Pyeongchang.
