Humboldt has immediately become popular for honoring their mantra of honest food done right — with passion and care. All produce is seasonal and local when possible in order to bring the best, natural flavors forward. Virtually everything at Humboldt is house made or custom, from the sauces and dressings to the locally baked breads. Bringing this concept to a special event, like the East Coast Clam Bake, will be exciting to see Uptown Denver married to the East Coast.

Humboldt is located at 1700 Humboldt Street.
