Body parts and human remains have been found in two water treatment facilities in the L.A. area in the last few days. According to Fox News live on Monday Oct. 28, their newsroom was just made aware of these gruesome findings today.
NBC Local reports Monday that the human remains were found in Industry, about 20 miles east of Los Angeles today. Fox is also reporting that a foot and a leg were found on Saturday at a treatment plant just outside of L.A. in Carson.
There are not much details made available at this time as the second discovery was just reported. It is not known what the human remains consisted of that were discovered today.
L.A. Now reports that a second discovery of human remains were made today in a waste-water plant outside of L.A. The remains that were discovered on Saturday were found in a bin that holds debris separated from sewage water, reports the L.A. Sheriff's Department.
On Saturday, authorities were not sure if the remains found were human, but they have been tested and they are indeed human. Homicide detectives have taken over the investigation.

Is this the work of a gruesome killer or is this the work of pranksters who have access to a cadaver lab? It is near Halloween and it goes without saying that human body parts are a gruesome discovery.
