The Hulk Hogan WWE return will happen for 2014, according to the latest reports. Also known as "The Hulkster" and "Hollywood," Hogan is scheduled for a return to WWE's televised show Raw on USA, ahead of the WrestleMania 30 pay-per-view. Could this lead to a match involving the iconic pro wrestler at the WWE's biggest event of the year?

According to PWInsider in their report on Feb. 10, Hogan will return for the Feb. 24 episode of WWE Raw which is in Green Bay Wisconsin. The particular show airs the night after WWE’s Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, and the day the new WWE Network is launched online for viewers to use at a monthly subscription rate. The first major live program on the network could involve Hogan in some capacity, but that's only rumor.

There is also talk that The Undertaker could be returning on the same episode of Raw which makes for a rather big show in Wisconsin, and could definitely lead to some hype for WrestleMania 30. Previous rumors suggested that there may be a tag team match developing involving Hulk Hogan and John Cena. Former WWE legend Roddy Piper had been sending out tweets suggesting or teasing the idea of a tag match involving himself and Hogan as well. There’s also talk of the WrestleMania 1 main event getting inducted into WWE’s Hall of Fame, which could be another reason for Hogan’s appearance.

The other suggested reason for Hogan’s return is to help promote the new WWE Network which has its first installment of a live “post-Raw” show after Raw is off the air. Hogan’s return, as well as The Undertaker’s, could be major catalysts and talking points for this after show, only available on the new online network. Rumors have swirled for months now that Undertaker will once again defend his undefeated streak at WrestleMania, but this time against Brock Lesnar.

WrestleMania 30 arrives on Sunday, April 6 from New Orleans, Louisiana. As of this report, there are no confirmed matches for the event, other than the fact Batista is scheduled to face whoever is holding the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
