The Pro Wrestling world lost a true great with the passing of former WWE manager Paul Bearer. Many wrestling superstars have reacted to the sad news via social media, posting their own thoughts on the passing of Bearer, who real name was William Moody. In a sign of Moody's dent made in pop culture, several mainstream media outlets have picked up on the story of his death.

William Moody better known to wrestling fans as Paul Bearer passed away in Mobile, Alabama yesterday at the age of 58. Bearer ushered legendary WWE superstar the Undertaker to the ring for the better part of his career. Bearer also played sidekick to fellow WWE monsters Kane and Mankind. Paul Bearer last appeared on WWE TV in April 2012 when his character was 'frozen' in a meat locker as part of a story line.
