Legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan settled a lawsuit over his son's car accident that crippled former Marine, John Graziano, according to a  St. Petersburg Times website report on February 19, 2010. Hulk's son, Nick Bollea (Hulk's legal name is Terry Bollea) pleaded no contest to reckless driving after crashing his Toyota Supra into a tree during a street race in August 2007, leaving Graziano permanently brain-damaged.

"This is all for John," attorney George Tragos told the Times. "One hundred percent for John."

Graziano has reportedly improved, but remains under his family's care around the clock. Nick served 166 days in Pinellas County (FL) jail. Nick's mom, Linda, was sued separately because she and Hulk divorced last year, and reportedly settled last month. The entire Hogan / Bollea family has been in the national spotlight as a result of its appearance in the VH1 reality show, Hogan Knows Best.

That piece of white trash Nick Bollea has been involved in more than one street racing incident. Had a "normal person" done what he did they would have served years in prison but because hes the son of one of the kings of white trash, he gets off easy.
