Hulk Hogan refiles a $100 million dollar lawsuit against the popular gossip site Gawker, because they posted a snippet of his leaked online sex tape. The wrestling legend and icon has made a vow to get revenge on the site responsible for the embarrassing action, according to a TMZ report on Jan. 3.
The ex-wrestler first initiated his lawsuit back in October 2011, but later dismissed it in a federal court last December in order to refile at a Florida state court.
Additionally, Hogan is now suing Heather Clem, the woman filmed on the sex tape with him. In order to consolidate his claims against Gawker and Heather Clem, he had to initiate the dismissal.
In the beginning, the wrestler also sued the ex-husband of Heather Clem. He claimed her ex-husband, well-known radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge, also had something to do with the tape being leaked. However, the lawsuit was settled and Bubba issued an on-air apology statement to the embattled Hogan.
