Hulk Hogan refiles lawsuit: Hulkster vs. Gawker in $100M sex video suit

Hulk Hogan has refiled a lawsuit for a staggering $100 million against the Gawker website. The suit was filed against the site for posting a portion of his sex tape video with Heather Clem which went viral months ago.

According to TV Guide's report on Jan. 3, Hogan needed to dismiss the original lawsuit from a federal court and refile it in a Florida state court. The reasoning behind this was so he could consolidate two claims - one against Clem, and another against the Gawker website.

Hogan had sued Clem's ex-husband before, Bubba the Love Sponge. However, that lawsuit has since been settled, and even sealed with a public apology by Bubba, a radio personality, on the air.

Hogan is well known for his days in WWE, WCW, and currently TNA Impact wrestling. It was said by Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, himself back in 2011 that his divorce from Linda had cost him millions and nearly bankrupt the Hulkstaer. Now he'll look to add another $100 million or so to his bank account after other accolades including the WWE Championship and membership in the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2005.
