Hulk Hogan has refiled his lawsuit against Gawker. On Jan. 3, news came out that the lawsuit has been filed again. According to TMZ, he is upset they posted his sex tape online and wants to make them pay.
Last month he dismissed the case, but now for some reason he has changed his mind again. It sounds like he only dismissed it so that he could make less paperwork and fees. He put his two cases together now and has refiled it. He has now sued Gawker and also Heather Clem, the woman on the tape. Hulk Hogan is not happy about his sex tape being leaked online.
He did also sue Bubba the Love Sponge , but they settled it already and he got the on air apology that he was hoping for from him. It is unknown how much they settled for in this lawsuit.
