Hulk Hogan is heading back to court with a $100 million lawsuit against gossip site Gawker, claiming they posted a portion on his sex tape online.
Hogan originally filed a suit in federal court against Gawker in October 2011, but dismissed the case in order to take it to a Florida state court.
In addition to suing Gawker for leaking part of his sex tape, TMZ reports that Hogan is also suing Heather Clem. She's the woman who appeared in the sex tape with him.
Prior to dismissing his original suit, Yahoo reports that Hogan sued Clem's ex-husband and radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge.
He claimed that Bubba played a part in leaking the footage to Gawker. He has since settled with the radio personality and accepted an on-air apology.
Gawker still has a brief clip on their site of the 30-minute video taken of Hulk Hogan, 59, with Heather Clem. She is reportedly the ex-wife of Todd Alan Clem, better known as Bubba the Love Sponge. The couple has been divorced since 2011.
Gawker reported that it was Bubba who filmed Hulk Hogan with his ex-wife. This turned into the much talked about sex tape that leaked to the web, spurring the initial lawsuit against Bubba the Love Sponge, Heather Clem and Gawker.
