Hulk Hogan remains a big part of TNA Impact Wrestling, which made the news of the Brooke Hogan release a surprise. 411mania.com reported on Aug. 17 that there are a few reasons given for Hogan's release from the company.
At first, some people wondered how Hulk Hogan would react to this, but apparently, Hulk was in the meetings where the cut was discussed and agreed with the move.
Brooke Hogan was involved in two angles in TNA Impact Wrestling, the first being as the estranged wife of Bully Ray and the second as the head of the Knockout's division. That second reason was just to give her something to do. The first was her main role in the company.
A big problem came when Brooke announced her engagement to Dallas Cowboys' football player Phil Costa. While most people know that wrestling consists of written storylines, the suspension of belief is needed and her engagement really hurt the Bully Ray story. As a result, TNA decided her storyline ran its course.
As a result, based on the TNA Impact Wrestling budget cuts, that made Brooke Hogan dispensable. With her engagement and upcoming marriage, Hulk Hogan understands that his daughter was looking at moving into other business ventures other than wrestling.
The release of Hulk Hogan's daughter was amicable, so there is nothing to worry about for Hulk Hogan's fans.
