Hugo & Victor, a Parisian pastry and chocolate shop with a season-based pastry menu, has opened its first permanent US location in The Webster Miami. Founded by three Michelin Star-rated Hugues Pouget, Hugo & Victor Miami has gone “Parisian Style,” using only the best local seasonal products for the new pastry collection. The store, has a café and outside terrace, offering its signature season-based pastry menu. With the new Miami location at The Webster, the chocolate and pastry shop now offers five locations worldwide.
The architecture of each pastry’s tastes and textures are slowly developed. Hugo & Victor only uses the finest products, producers and ideas to create its original designs, with a special emphasis on texture and taste. In order for each fruit served to be fully matured in its natural cycle, the menu changes with the seasons. Hugo & Victor offers five separate seasonal menus-changing on average every two months. The four timeless constant flavors are key lime, chocolate, grapefruit and caramel.
Each of the seasonal flavors are prepared three different ways: The Hugo, a genuine dessert dish; the Victor, a pastry; and the Season’s Hemisphere, a small chocolate with a liquid caramel center and the savors of the season.
Hugo & Victor Miami hours; Mon.-Sat.: 11 am – 8 pm; Sun: 12 pm to 6 pm.
