November 28th was the Royal premiere performance of Hugo in 3D in London, England. Attended by many stars and the royals, the event drew the best dressed in London to attend the Martin Scorsese's film premiere. Drawing gasps of astonishment were the two models, Ellen Connolly and Jenny Boyd, dressed in gowns made out of newspapers. To say that their arrival on the red carpet was incredible, would be an understatement.
Their newspaper fashion gave the red carpet a colorful flare, combined with good reading material for those so inclined. According to press releases, Hugo is about an orphan boy living secretly in the walls of the Paris train station. Martin Scorsese's 'Hugo in 3D' was held at the Odeon Leicester Square and is the first 3D movie produced by Scorsese. According to Movie Tickets synopsis,
Twelve-year-old Hugo lives in the walls of a busy Paris train station, where his survival depends on secrets and anonymity. But when his world suddenly interlocks with an eccentric girl and the owner of a small toy booth in the train station, Hugo's undercover life, and his most precious secret, are put in jeopardy. Starring: Ben Kingsley, Sacha Baron Cohen, Asa Butterfield, Chloe Moretz, Jude Law, Ray Winstone, Christopher Lee, Helen McCrory, Frances de la Tour and Richard Griffiths.
