According to Entertainment Weekly on Dec.2, an interview with Hugh Jackman reveals that Bryan Singer will have some "X-Men: Days of Future Past" behind-the-scenes content within "The Wolverine" Blu-ray release. That being said, this should keep comic book fans satisfied for the next four cold winter months prior to the next installment being released.
Jackman had this to say about the content in the Blu-ray in regards to "X-Men: Days of Future Past":
"I spoke to Bryan Singer, and he’s doing some cool stuff, giving some behind-the-scenes stuff of Days of Future Past, which is great for X-Men fans. You get behind-the-scenes stuff".
When Jackman was asked about having done voice overs for the behind-the-scenes area of the Blu-ray, Jackman said he was never asked to be involved in that aspect and jokingly referred to himself as being chatty which would then wind up him giving too many secrets of Bryan Singer's film.
Also, Jackman mentioned one of his favorite scenes in the film that was cut out, but later will be revealed in the Blu-ray edition, was the ice village scene. Apparently, there had been some extra footage of him and his stunt double taking on some hairy situations. There will be content entailing the bullet train sequence, fighting men on motorcycles, and taking on around 30 to 40 ninjas.
"The Wolverine" home release is scheduled to be available Dec. 3.
