He has a daughter already and now has a son. He even teased that he wanted to be clear that he is the father. The first pregnancy wasn't planned at all, but Hugh Grant seems very happy to be a father and is enjoying life.
Here is what he said on Twitter: "In answer to some journos. Am thrilled my daughter now has a brother. Adore them both to an uncool degree. They have a fab mum." This is the first thing that he has said about the baby being born. There are no pictures out yet, but they will end up out there before long.
