Add up the participating venues for all restaurant weeks in most other regions and it's doubtful you will come near the total for the various Hudson Valley Restaurant Weeks.
Organizers of the spring version, scheduled for March 11-24, will announce the complete list next Monday (February 4). Despite their holding the list close to the vest until then, I have been told at least 160 restaurants are signed up to offer prix fixe dinners for $29.95 and lunches for $20.95 during that period.
Reservations at most of the restaurants will be accepted as of Monday, although some will not do so until 3 days before. On Monday, you can access the official list online.
Meanwhile, the Yonkers Downtown Restaurant Week, which has some participants who will be part of the larger event, will begin its own event on Super Bowl Sunday. Details here.
