Huey forum event at Pima Air & Space Museum

The Pima Air & Space Museum is hosting a special Huey Forum symposium event on Saturday, February 23 and Sunday, February 24, 2013. The event features three different panels each day. The panels are free with paid or member museum admission. Two day museum admissions are available for those that want to enjoy both days of the forum, although you may just want to consider a museum membership to enjoy events and visiting the museum year round.

The Huey Forum will feature pilots, crew members, and developers discussing the UH-1 Iroquois. The panels on Saturday, February 23, 2013 include "Civil/Commercial Operators" from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., "Contemporary Military" from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and "Vietnam War Ground Crew" from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. The Sunday, February 24, 2013, panels include "Vietnam War Air Crew" from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., "Design and Engineering" from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., and "Robert Mason, Author of Chicken Hawk Keynote address and book signing" at 3 p.m.

About the Pima Air & Space Museum: The museum is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with the last admittance being at 4pm. November through May admission is $9 for ages 7 to 12, $15.50 for adults ages 13 and up, and $12.75 for Pima County residents as well as Seniors, AAA, and military. The AMARG (Boneyard) tour is an extra $7.
