Huckabee Ahead in Iowa Presidential Poll

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee currently leads all likely Republican candidates in Iowa. According to a Public Policy Polling Presidential Poll released on May 25, 2014 Huckabee was at 20% in Iowa. Second was Senator Ted Cruz at 15%, third was former Florida Governor Jeb Bush at 12%, and fourth was Senator Rand Paul at 10%. All other Republican candidates were in single digits. That includes Christie at 9%, Ryan at 8%, Walker 6%, Rubio 4%, Santorum 3%. Texas Governor Rick Perry and Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal failed to reach 1% level of support. Since their is so many candidates the numbers can change drastically by the time the Iowa Caucuses actually takes place.

Among Democrats Hillary Clinton has a 47 point lead over Joe Biden. Clinton was at 59% compared to 12% for Biden. Third was Warren at 11%, in a distant fourth was Cuomo with 3%, fifth was Warner at 2%. Schweitzer and O'Mally were tied for sixth with each candidate at only 1% support in Iowa.
