The HTC One (M8) is a step up from last year’s model with some adjustments. The One (M8) comes with a great 5-inch Super LCD3 1080p display. Some reviewers have mentioned that the colors look rich and the brightness was good, making pictures, videos, and apps appear crisp.

The screen seems to be a nice compliment to the look and feel of the all-metal exterior. The HTC One (M8) comes in silver, gold, and gray. The gray model is more of a brushed metal look. The backing is slightly curved or rounded to better fit your hand.

The HTC One (M8) runs on Android KitKat and a revamped Sense UI. While much of the flow of the interface looks similar to past, HTC did make some tweaks to colors and speed.

The HTC One (M8) comes with dual, front-facing speakers with BoomSound. Reviewers have indicated that the quality is very good, especially for a cell phone. It is seems to produce better sound than last year’s model even. HTC boosted the volume by 25 percent and improved the frequency range on the M8.

The HTC One (M8) comes with dual-lenses on the back of the camera along with a dual-LED flash. This dual setup allows users to refocus a picture even after it is taken. This is a great concept that will allow for some nice photos and creative photography.

With all of these features, the HTC One (M8) is being labeled as the Android phone to beat. Stop by your local Verizon store to see and hear the new One (M8) for yourself.
