At CES 2011 AT&T revealed its plans for 2011. These included upgrades to the Dallas-based company’s wireless network, a slough of new app initiatives, and 20 new, 4G-capable, devices.

Today via Twitter, AT&T announced the first of these devices to hit the market will be the HTC Inspire 4G, available starting February 13, for $99.99 with a new two-year agreement.

While many are excited about the forthcoming Motorola Atrix 4G from AT&T, the HTC Inspire 4G is equally as impressive, featuring the following:

  • The first 4G smartphone from AT&T
  • The largest screen of any AT&T smartphone, with a 4.3-inch super LCD display
  • An 8-megapixel camera with HD video recording
  • Android 2.2
  • The first smartphone in the U.S. to feature the next-generation HTC Senseexperience with cloud services
  • The first AT&T device to feature AT&T’s Mobile Hotspot service built into the device
  • A 1 GHz processor
  • Dolby® Mobile and SRS WOW HD sound
  • Aluminum unibody design
