HTC Facebook Phones Appear In First Official Images (Photos)

Many of you out there in San Francisco probably use Facebook. Some of you fanatically. If you consider yourself a part of that group, you probably went bonkers when you heard those rumors about HTC-made Facebook phones back in January.

You know, the rumor that stated that the Facebook phones were Android devices that would have things like location-aware coupons, a Google Latitude type system for check-ins and a feature that supposedly is like “Facebook Deals on steroids.”

These devices were supposedly going to be introduced at MWC.

Well, we’re amidst MWC right now – no announcement yet because HTC presents tomorrow – but it looks like Pocketnow has gotten ah hold of some leaked press shots that purportedly show off what appear to be HTC and Facebook phones.

Check them out over to the left there.

The one with the keyboard is apparently the HTC Snap 2 and the other more traditional device is the HTC Icon.

As you can see, if you look at the photos, there is a small little Facebook button on the bottom of each of the phones. No telling what the button does but you can be sure that it has something to do with Facebook.

Anyone out there in San Francisco excited about these?

Look out for them in a official capacity, tomorrow.
