According to Black Blue Dog, March 2013, three track students have been charged with forcible touching, endangering an incompetent person and hazing.
Piers Berkmans, Thomas Brady and Boubacar Diallo have been accused of making sexual gestures and comments to a 15-year-old male victim.
Below are some things that were allegedly said doing the incidents:
Diallo said, "You need a good fingering", before sodomizing the victim with his finger.
Berkmans said, "Touch my penis for 3 seconds or I will rape you." Then he bent the student over and humped him on his buttocks after the freshman refused to touch him.
According to Blue Black Dog, 3 adults who manages the track team have been suspended. Also, all three of the students accused have been transferred to another school.
Steven Banks, a legal aid lawyer reminds the public that the children have a presumption or innocence.
