(San Francisco) – Awards will be presented at the 26th annual gala to be held on Saturday, October 23, 2010, at the Fairmont San Francisco.
“Scott Wiener has been a champion of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender civil rights in San Francisco for years, and he has made a huge impact on the lives of those in the local community,” said Dinner Co-Chair Melissa Morgan. “We are also thrilled to be honoring Kimpton Hotels, at this year’s HRC gala, as exemplars in the corporate field who value equality for consumers and employees alike.”
Joe Solmonese, HRC President, will make several acknowledgments during the evening’s program. Cheer SF, recently featured on America’s Got Talent, will entertain guest after the dinner break. Ted Allen will be accepting the Visibility Award and Mike Manning of the Real World will be presenting as well.
