New York City's Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) is seeking to hire three Community Coordinator's to assist families who were temporary displaced during Hurricane Sandy. This program offers two years of rent assistance and case management to families who can no longer live in their homes due to damage caused by the storm. This is a grant funded position and the anticipated end date is June 30, 2015.
The salary for this temporary position is $45,615.00 to $70,810.00 annually. The work location is 100 Gold Street, 4th Floor, New York 10038, in the DPM A/C Unit. The job ID number is 155585. Supervisors must be professional, organizational and meticulous to details.
Preferred skills are; minimum three years experience in NYC assisted living plans, must possess superior writing and oral communication skills, three years experience in office management and multi-lingual preferred.
