Actor/comedian/TV producer Howie Mandel is being sued by a Los Angeles restaurant who claims that Mandel’s hidden camera TV show, "Deal With It," taped an episode in the restaurant that left behind over $100,000 worth of damages.

MSN reported on Jan. 31 that Mandel’s show was taping a prank in the Cowboys and Turbans eatery in Oct. 2013 that “went too far,” and ended up ruining “a Yamaha piano, furniture, and patio heaters, amounting to a total of $103,408 worth of damages.”

The restaurant owner, stunned at the damage left behind by Mandel’s cast and crew, is bringing forth that lawsuit.

For the prank, a hired actress was told to shout expletives, jump up and down on expensive Moroccan titles and shatter dishes, according to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ.

The owner of the restaurant named Mandel, higher-ups at Mandel’s production company, and the TV network TBS in the lawsuit. The lawsuit is seeking to recoup the alleged $103,408 in damages plus legal fees.

Prior to his currently producing "Deal With It," the now well-known germaphobe was a standup comic who became well known for a non-comedic acting role as ER intern Dr. Wayne Fiscus on the 1980s’ TV medical drama “St. Elsewhere.” After his career flattened a bit in the 1990s, he bounced back when he became a popular game show host of TV’s “America’s Got Talent” and “Deal or No Deal.”
