Howells & Hood Hosts St. Patrick's Day Post-Parade Celebration

Howells & Hood (435 N. Michigan Ave.) is thrilled to announce their annual Guinness Post-Parade Party, following Chicago’s St. Patrick’s Day parade beginning at 10AM on Saturday, March 15. Located near the river in the legendary Tribune Tower, the upscale pour house boasting Chicago’s largest selection of draft beers will partake in one of the city’s most exciting celebrations with a Celtic Bagpiper, guest DJ, interactive photo booth, and food specials.

Join Bottleneck Management in celebrating St. Patrick's Day in Chicago this year, and support the Leary Firefighters Foundation.
St. Patrick's Day in Chicago

Exclusively offered on Saturday, March 15, guests can start their morning with an Irish Breakfast including house made sausage and cured bacon, black pudding, potato farls, baked beans, a fried egg and brown bread. Also offered throughout the day are St. Pat’s inspired dishes including: Colcannon Brandade with salt cod, mashed potatoes, kale, and brown bread; Corned Beef & Cabbage made of house cured brisket, smashed yukons, baby carrots, and white sauce; and a Corned Beef Sandwich with house cured brisket, kim chi, cider soy whole grain mustard, served on rye bread.

As part of the holiday festivities, all Chicago-based Bottleneck Management restaurants will host a Guinness Firefighter event, encouraging consumers to help raise $1 million for the Leary Firefighters Foundation. Available now until St. Patrick’s Day, all Bottleneck Management properties will offer guests a limited-edition Guinness firefighter themed t-shirt, for which proceeds will benefit the foundation and its firefighter initiatives across the country. The properties will also host Guinness Engraving events where guests will be able to personalize a Guinness gravity glass with custom etching.

Leary Firefighters Foundation is the only foundation in the U.S. that funds equipment, education, training and technology for firefighters. Founded in 2000 by actor Denis Leary, the Leary Firefighters foundation's mission is to provide funding and resources for fire departments to help maintain the highest level of public safety in our communities.
