Howard Stern is officially part of the America's Got Talent judging panel--and he's got the 'X' to prove it.

Stern tweeted a photo of the new AGT set featuring the giant 'Howard X' that is sure to crush the dreams of many talentless hopefuls in the months to come.

"It's official. They have raised the X" tweeted Stern Wednesday.

Thursday's taping of the America's Got Talent auditions at The Orpheum theater in Los Angeles will be the first ever featuring Howard Stern. Stern will also tape all day Friday in LA. Stern will be in San Francisco to judge AGT auditions on February 24th and 25th.
