Howard Stern and his minions did some classic frat boy style chick judging on Tuesday morning's satellite radio broadcast, running Hollywood's hottest women through a "Hot Chick Bracket" to determine the industry's ultimate sexiest starlet.
Howard Stern passed judgment on 32 of Hollywood's most scorching hot starlets to determine the ultimate "Hottest Chick in Hollywood" for 2013.

Quivers said Stern felt obligated to say that Klum was hotter because of he's working with her on "America's Got Talent".
