Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician accused of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, will have his fate decided by at least one Howard Stern fan.

A profile of the the twelve jurors now deliberating Murray's guilt or innocence has been released, revealing that one of the men sitting in judgmenet of Murray is an admitted Howard Stern fan.
Access Hollywood posted this description of the unidentified King of All Jurors once the deliberations began:
Hispanic male, 39, from Tujunga. Bachelor’s degree in sociology. Works in product management. Listens to Howard Stern. Believes celebrities use status to get what they want. A Jackson fan who saw last few minutes of “This Is It” on TV. Served on one civil jury. Married with two children.
The rest of the jurors on Murray's trial were also quizzed about their favorite celebrities, their opinion of Michael Jackson's music, their interest in court-themed crime dramas and, especially, their views on celebrity justice. Almost all of the jurors stated that they believe celebrities use their status and influence to escape legal prosecution.
The jury began deliberations on Friday, November 4th.
Jackson died of acute propafol intoxication at his home in Bel Air on June 25, 2009 during a Howard Stern Show two week vacation period. The subsequent deaths of both Farrah Fawcett and Senator Robert Byrd during the same HSS vacation period led many fans to point to the Howard Stern Show Vacation Death Curse as a potential cause.
