If Los Angeles Times reporter Jim Rainey was hoping last Friday’s column would score him a mention on The Howard Stern Show, he’s out of luck. Howard Stern brought up the Los Angeles Times article on Monday morning’s show, but refused to give any credence or attention to what he called a “hatchet job” on Jillian Barberie-Reynolds’ recent Howard Stern Show appearance.
Howard Stern said that the Los Angeles Times article was clearly designed to smear Jillian Barberie because of her success on Good Day L.A., a competitor of Los Angeles station KTLA which is owned by the same company that owns the Los Angeles Times. The article, which discussed recent layoffs of Fox 11 Los Angeles, stated that Jillian Barberie-Reynolds needed to “grow up” and stop engaging in unprofessional conduct like appearances on the Howard Stern Show.
Even lower than slamming Jillian Barberie-Reynolds for her willingness to talk about sex with Howard Stern was Jim Rainey’s statement that Reynolds’ “exhibitionism” was attributable to her “history of sexual abuse.” Perhaps Jim Rainey was trying to cash in on the fact that a mention on The Howard Stern Show regularly propels personalities to the top of the Google Trends search for the day. If so, Howard Stern wasn’t biting.
The King of All Media (who was recently dubbed by the Los Angeles Times as having “lost his crown”) spent about a minute talking about the story, and then moved on to congratulating Jillian Barberie-Reynolds on her announcement that she is pregnant with her second child.

nice follow Liz.. i love Jillian!!
Jillian is the definition of skank. Among my friends we all user to think she was hot but in a streetwalker sort of way. Now that we have grown up as well as her we find her pathetic in her attempt to remain sexy and young. She is middle aged. She is a strikingly beautiful woman whom I think would benefit from growing up gracefully. Loose the dirty spray tan and talk a little less. The more she speaks the more you realize just how ignorant she is on a myriad of subjects. Sometimes you can see Steve Edwards and Dorothy Lucey smirking as if they are laughing at her as opposed to with her.
I think Jillian can turn it around but not without some self-help.
Oh she's a hot whore with a rat on her face. I'd do her
