Every woman knows the stress that comes from juggling multiple tasks. If you are a professional woman working a demanding job, you most likely have felt the effects of your workload on your health. Maybe you catch every cold that goes around the office. Perhaps you have digestive issues, acne, migraine headaches, or dry flaky skin. Stress shows up in many different forms in the body but when you soldier on and ignore the warning signs things only get worse. So often corporate life demands more than you can handle but you persist because the job must be done.
In today's Featured Friday interview you will meet Amanda Daley founder of Fuel Urban Wellness and health coach who specializes in helping women reduce stress and re-ignite their spark. Through her own experience of developing Adrenal Fatigue from a demanding job and her quest to heal herself, Amanda discovered the hazards of stress and became a health coach so she can help other women in similar situations.
As Amanda says, "I am excited to share with you the amazing knowledge I now possess as a result of my accreditation as a Holistic Health Coach and my own experiences. The opportunity that has arisen out of all this is for me to be able to educate busy women to not only reverse the damage of stress, but to ideally prevent this happening to them in the first place. Working long hours and being healthy can co-exist!!! I’m currently doing so again – but with fantastic balance, a new-found balance that makes me feel and look healthy, inside and out."

Question: Tell me a little bit about your business.
Answer: My name is Amanda Daley. I set up my business Fuel Urban Wellness to help busy women understand the impact of stress on their health and really find a life of balance and joy that they bounce out of bed for each morning.
Question: What does Health mean to you?
Answer: Feeling fantastic in your own skin and LOVING life.
Question: Why did you get into this business?
Answer: After suffering with Adrenal Fatigue and a range of other health issues as a result of years of working in the fast paced industry of advertising, I noticed HUGE improvement in my own health the minute I walked away from the stressful lifestyle and am now passionate to help other busy women understand the impact of stress on their health and really find their inner sparkle.
Question: What do your client’s gain from working with you?
Answer: A true relationship with their own body whereby they become empowered to listen to their own true needs for lifestyle, food choices, relationships – all areas of life. Once they tap into what is ‘true’ for them, their health and happiness radiates from within.
Question: What is your best tip for supreme health?
Answer: To truly listen to and honour what your own body is asking for.
Question: Are you working on any new projects or have any new programs starting soon?
Answer: I have recently revamped my signature 12 week program to have more focus on femininity and pleasure. I am also about to release my eBook ‘Time Poor, health Rich’ to help women find their healthy balance while living a busy life. My FREE Weekly Food Planner is also available on my website.
