Now that convention business has returned to Las Vegas (did it really ever leave?) you can bet that after arriving at McCarran Airport and fetching your luggage, you will be faced with a huge Las Vegas line to grab a taxi. On Friday nights and during conventions that can mean a 30 minute wait or longer.
Here's how to use Twitter to beat the long wait for a Vegas cab. As soon as the pilot allows you to turn on your phone, give a tweet to VegasCabbie and tweet you will grab your bags and meet him at Yellow #1.
You will get an @ reply and bingo! you're already a winner in Las Vegas.
Your cab will be waiting to haul you and your cash to the casino before you can say "double down."

You can either do what Mark says or you can save along your mobile the whole list of Las Vegas cabs from Info Taxi (www.infotaxi.org/city-393.htm. This is an anti-stress practice whenever I travel, the same goes for restaurants, spas and any other need one may encounter while going on a trip.
