How to: Shamrock punch

St. Patrick’s Day is almost here! This year it happens to fall on a Sunday so that means one thing…no alcohol. Unless of course you planned ahead of time and have alcohol on hand! Either way this is a great recipe for Shamrock Punch for those of you who have children and want something festive to serve in your festivities. Don’t fret, this punch can be spiked if you wish but make sure you make two separate bowls, one for the adults and one for the kids.

Ingredients

4 cups of club soda

4 cups of white cranberry juice

1 can(s) frozen green lime-aide

green food coloring (a little or a lot!)

lime sherbet

Directions

Add all the ingredients one by one into a large punch bowl or container.

Add food coloring a few drops at a time until you reach the desired color green you want.

Make sure you have some extra sherbet on hand. Remember, the sherbet will melt so you need to adapt accordingly since you may want it to stay thick instead of thinning out. Serve and Enjoy!
