In order to succeed in life one must learn to adapt. Many scientist, psychologist and philosophers agree that change is a necessary part of life and without it nothing would come to be. The famous Charles Darwin is known for his quote, "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change."

Change only occurs when the pain of staying the same supersedes the pain of change.
