Whether you're a man or a woman, you want your lips to look as kissable as possible. Of course, this includes having fresh breath as well. Gentleman, make sure to keep some cherry or peppermint Chapstick handy to keep your lips moist and from chapping. Ladies, give yourself succulent lips with a vibrant red lipstick. Lip gloss could work too but sometimes that can create a sticky lips or a slip-and-slide kind of effect.
Don't kiss at the same time as everyone else.
It's customary to kiss someone immediately after the countdown to one. Make your kiss a little more special by locking eyes for a moment before you kiss. She also recommends having your own countdown so you can share a New Year's kiss all to yourselves.
Be receptive and go easy on the tongue.
