Green Pear Smoothie
1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
1/2 Bartlett pear (peeled and cored)
1/2 banana, peeled
6 ice cubes
Put the above ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Option: Strain smoothie for a thinner texture before serving.
