Eating healthier doesn't mean you have to throw out your butter. But, if you are concerned and are scratching your head looking for a healthier option, look no further. Here's a great recipe I like to call, "Better Butter". I did this for a year and no one could tell the difference. So here you go.
Take a cup of butter, 2 sticks, that are almost room temperature. Throw them in a blender or food processor and pour in a cup of Olive Oil. Mix until it turns rich and creamy. Put it into a suitable container and store in the fridge.
There you go, only takes a minute and you have a great healthy butter.
