Are you looking for a meal that is healthy yet easy to make? Get yourself a pie dish you can bake in and go to town with this palate-pleasing recipe for quiche. If you love spinach, than you're in luck. This recipe is very easy and only requires 5 ingredients and take 45 minutes to cook. The preparation only takes 5 - 10 minutes, which is great when your schedule is tight and you're done working for the day. Find your big mixing bowl and combine 4 eggs, 1 1/2 cups of milk, 1 regular freezer package of chopped spinach, and two cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Pre-bake your crust in a quiche or pie shaped oven safe dish for approximately 12 minutes or until brown. Brush egg over it before you pre-bake, and poke a few holes with a fork, so it doesn't bubble - you don't want that. Then when crust is brown remove it and add in your mixed ingredients and neaten it up with the whisk. Bake at 350-375 degrees for about 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and serve.
