You know that April showers bring May flowers, but did you know that Teacher Appreciation week and Mother's Day is right around the corner? Have your little one make a construction paper flower bouquet picture for that special someone. It is very simple to do and your little one may be able to make this craft all on their own (hint hint Dads)!

Materials needed:

construction paper of different colors
glue stick
markers (optional)

What you need to do:

1. Pick the colors you want your flowers to be
2. Trace your child's hand onto the paper
3. Cut out the hand prints
4.Using green paper cut out the flower steams
5. With another color paper cut out a large V shape (for the vase)
6. Glue the V shape to the background paper
7. Glue the steams inside the V shape
8. Glue the flowers to the top of the steams
9. Decorate the flowers, write on the steams, write on the background if you desire
