What is sexy? The definition of sexy goes from one end of the road to the other. What turns on one person may completely turn off another. Sexy isn’t about less clothing or flaunting your girl or guy parts in public, everyone is aware of what lies underneath your clothing. Sexy is empowerment, confidence and positivism. Sexy is who you are not what you are wearing. Sexy is interesting, exciting, radiating, healthy.

No whiners, no crying in exercise

What happens when you are not mentally strong and that bug gets inside your head and it tells you, “I just don’t feel like it today,” and all heck breaks loose. You feel weak and it’s so easy to give up. But you may not give up. You must power through it and move on to your workout. It may not be the most energetic and inspirational workout like you’ve done in the past, but just do it.

Don’t beat yourself up

It only makes you feel worse. These are the days when buying many inspirational, motivational DVD’s or CD’s or on your MP3’s will help you to power through. There are plenty of negative vibes out there and plenty of people who will try to talk you out of your goal, even the television or the radio can bring your down. Play it and listen to it incessantly while you workout, in your time off, let it bring you out of the dumper. Don’t spend a lot of time in the “pissy ant zone.” Have a mantra or a phrase you say over and over to yourself, to keep you going. You are not a quitter any more.

Stay present

It all comes down to today. Think how great you will feel at the end of your workout. Know that if you don’t workout you will feel guilty and worse than you do now. Be fearless. Success comes with an attitude, get you some.

The road to pain

If it was easy everyone would be doing it. Doubt is not a reason to stop, change how you see pain, change how you see yourself. You can flow or you can crash. Whatever it takes you must do it. The feeling of not wanting to workout will pass, and this may be your only time during the day in which you have the time needed for your workout, don’t waste it.

How bad do you want it

You will conquer what has not been conquered before. Train your mind and your body will follow. Remember what got you here. You can climb out of hell one inch at a time. You may be the motivation for someone else and you don’t even know them. Maybe you pass them when you walk or run, maybe they live in the apartment underneath yours. You just might be their role model. Greatness comes in all shapes and sizes. (see video)
