Distracting, they shouldn’t be. Your focus is your workout, the videos are a precise, no bull shit method of getting straight to the point. She is busting your balls with a hard routine, so the fact that she is pleasant to look and soft spoken goes along way. If you find yourself resenting the way she looks, then you need to work harder at taking the energy you put into your negative thinking and cram it into energy to sweat your belly fat off, don’t use it as an excuse to get discouraged and stop. Work out hard, watch what you eat, and the belly fat will fall off.
She is highly defined and a fitness model, if you compare her to other bikini-ed bodies you will find the other women do not have any muscle tone and are in shape by sheer luck of the gene pool or the fact that they starve themselves to death. You are shooting for “total” health." Adding some weights and deadlifting ('click and watch video,find a way to add it to your workout) increases your calorie burn and you are defining your assets. Define what is possible and where your "look" should fall, somewhere in between.
The model has a small frame, so she looks rather petite, if you are a medium or large frame, your hips and your stomach will look different, not worse and she only looks better because she is in shape and has lost her belly fat. You will too.
Motivation ('click'and watch daily, get inspired) and inspiration can be hard to come by. You may have more friends, co-workers and relatives who would rather see you fail than to be successful at getting in shape. One it makes them feel bad about themselves and they need to take action and responsibility they’d rather not. Two the green-eyed monster called envy and jealous.

- You get more attention because people notice the change in how your clothes fit.
- You get more attention because you are now walking taller and feeling great about who you are becoming.
- “They” worry they will lose you and you will move on in life without them.
It’s your life and others, while you may very well love them, do not tell you when it is OK to be happy. You are working on your insecurities by losing your belly fat, let them work on their own. Take the doormat that has been you out from underneath their feet, and move it on up to the top shelf. (watch the video)
