How to lose belly fat in 1 week day 7 high intensity interval fitness clothing (Photos)

It’s been 1 week, bravo for you if you have made it this far. Those of you at the lower end of the body weight scale (120-125) should have lost your belly fat by now, those at 130-135 have another week to go maybe two, the rest of you are still working to shred it. Keep on keeping on, the workouts will continue here for your support.

Before you continue there is something we need to talk about and that is clothing as you lose weight. Right now you may be working out in clothing you had already or only what you could manage to get into to workout comfortably in. Walking shorts, capris, stretchy pants and mens over-sized t-shirts.

Workout clothing graduation from tent to overweight clothing

Sooner or later you will need to purchase something more comfortable to work out in, and that means your cotton shorts and cut offs aren’t cutting it anymore. You may have noticed this during yesterday’s yoga flow workout. Clothing that cuts off your waist off by getting tight is frustrating. Depending on where you are working out, if your clothes do not cover up your body all the way it will make you feel ill at ease and hinder your workout. Some of this is normal if you have been sedentary for some time, your clothing is outdated and you work with what you have. This is good though, it was the getting started that was important part. Grow where you are planted.

Losing belly fat and being comfortable

You may feel like you are ready to move on to something more form fitting or shows off your hard work now. Women’s T-shirts are closer fitting, stretchier, and can be found in the workout clothing department of Target, Walmart or your favorite sporting goods store. You will find a variety of colors, v-necks, tank tops, choose what makes you feel good. Price is ranges from high to low-check the discount racks, you can still find a wide variety of things to make you go mmm.

If you are a tomboy, goth, retro-inspired or like things that are more girly go for it, whatever makes you feel good and less like you are operating from your tent-clothing you may be working from right now. Don’t feel like you must choose something to please others. This is your workout and your body and it must make you feel comfortable in the long run.

Workout, sport bra

For as many regular bras as there are in the stores for sale there are almost as many sport bras. Sport bras are necessary to provide your breasts support and to keep the breast tissue from breaking down further. Using your regular bras for workout, you may find them constricting, you may need to keep making adjustments, pulling them up down and over, and it gets in the way of focusing on your workout.

The other thing is sweat. Sweat makes it necessary to wash or rinse them out in the sink more often and this can be a problem depending on how many bras you already own. Wearing a sweaty workout bra the rest of the day is not good for your skin (breakouts and heat rash) and brings down your mood. So you will want to make the investment and buy at least one if not two as your money allows: one to wear and the other one can be drying.

The amount of support you will need depends on the size of your breasts, the larger you are the more support you will need. Going to a department store where they have a bra specialist and also sell fitness bras is a your best place to get started. Don’t be shy she has seen it all and she is educated on bra fitting and is your greatest help.

A sport bra is usually made to be worn alone or with another bra-type top or t-shirt on top. Your goal is support and try as you might not to have your nipples revealing themselves. Trying the items, pants tops, sport bra, on the dressing room is a must. While you are in there bend over, sit down on the floor, do some of your stretches, jog or jump, to see if the clothing item will work for you.

Shorts, capris, pants

Drawstring pants with a snap or hook closure are your best bet so you can adjust them as you become smaller, and keeping them up over your bottom as you work out. Most fitness shorts have an elastic waist. If you can’t stand getting hot while you work out a work out short is what you need. If you are uncomfortable with belly fat you have yet to lose or working out where it is colder you may want to opt for a knee-length pant or full-length pant. The best material is something stretchy with a man-made material such as a polyester or nylon mixture because they are more durable and you will get longer wear from them in the long run and less fading than cotton. Cotton is do-able, especially in warm months, it’s your decision in the long run and you are the one wearing it.

Camel-toe is not pretty nor sexy, and will rub you raw, move to the next size up, or look for clothing that is made for a longer waistline, try on different manufacturer’s, different clothing lines have a different fit. If you are not wearing underwear make sure to choose a thicker material and material you can’t see through. Try clothing on as soon as you get home in normal lighting to be sure.

Gym shoes

Shoes that are broken down from years-of-wear or mowing the grass are not the shoes to work out in. Even a cheap new fitness, sport gym shoe, not keds type, will provide you more support than your old ones. Even if you are working out at home, while you are doing cardio you need a gym shoe to protect your and provide support to your feet, legs and back, from injury. Put these items on your birthday, Christmas, Easter basket list or save up and get them for yourself. You are a worthwhile investment. Let’s go. (see video)
