Take a break today from all of the bouncing and jarring and relax and gain strength into yoga. If you are new to yoga or have other ideas about yoga, now is not the time to freak out and bail out.

Do this video class one to three times a week. Don’t worry about shoes you can do it barefoot. A mat isn't necessary if you are on a rug or carpet.
