Abdominal exercises help to build the abdominal muscles, the layer of fat that may be covering your muscles prevents all the hard work you have been doing from showing up. Burning that fat off begins with what you are eating and what you have eaten in the past. Start now to develop you meals into body training meals that count for nutrition, energy and defining your body through your hard workouts.
If it doesn’t have any nutritional value, don’t put it in your mouth
Chemicals made to taste and look like food don’t count either. What do you expect your body to do with chemical flavoring and faux nutritional, substandard food? Nothing but exist the way your body has in the past, putting out zero energy for you to get through your day and getting flabby, in the end producing illness and disease.
The rectus abdominus are muscles of strength and endurance
In other words, the best way to work this particular muscle group is with time, a day off for recovery. Since you are “losing belly fat in 1 week” conditioning stomach muscles that have zero tone will take some, and doing it every day the two weeks is important so you can feel what lies beneath the “chub” layer and strive to bring it out and the fat off. This can range from a one to four weeks, and you must still do your cardio at least five to six days a week.
