Benefits of cardio exercise
Running, walking, skiing up hill, climbing on the monkey bars. Commit to the love of you and your body, your journey is not complete without it. Cardio exercise says, “I love you” and I mean it, get dedicated to it. Progress does not compel you to settle for anything any less so. If you are working to lose belly fat you must act knowing your work is victory, and you will stand in health in six months, 5 years and 20 years from now.
Use it or lose it
Don’t just stand there holding the rope. Energy, the best and easiest way to combat fatigue is through embracing cardio joy with passion and dedication. Carry it forward into your future and a future without poor health. Today’s video features jumping rope, along with some belly fat busting target exercise, you can do it inside or outside. Head to the park and take an extra-long rope with you because if there are kiddoes they will want to join you. Nothing says fitness fun and motivation like being involved with others and making it a group sport.
Stay off the bathroom scale, you don’t need a frequent visit
Your heart grows in warmth. The scale is not going to tell you what you should already be feeling on the inside. Feeling good about integrating “fitness for life” will raise the roof and open the windows to the rhythm. In fact the best thing you can do today besides cardio activity, is to throw that darn thing away or give it away, and feel good about breaking another unhealthy self-esteem pattern by taking another baby step toward your goal.
