How to keep hands and wrists healthy

Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University Physicians are hosting a free “Caring for your hands, wrist and elbows” event. You will get to speak one on one with a Washington University Physician, and relax with plenty of complimentary treatments.

This event will be held at Andre’s West in Fenton on Tuesday, February 5th from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. with registration starting at 6:30 p.m.

Learn how to deal with aching and swollen hands, troubleshooting golf and tennis elbow plus what could be causing your fingers not to straighten out. All for free.
