How to heal a loving relationship

You may want to take a few nice, slow deep breaths in, and  slowly, softly, release your breath to relesse some negativity, before you continue to read.

We are born with a great capacity to love, but due to the stresses of life we with holdour love as a defense against pain.  Love is so much easier to express openly before we have ever experienced hurt.

We are to learn from every experience: when someone is kind we learn not to take kindness for granted.  When someone is mean the lesson is to not throw gas on the fire, but to rise above it.

Yes, I know sometimes it is easier said than done.  When we can't seem to find a middle ground to meet our loved on on during an argument, we need to retreat to our sanctuary, where we are counseled to by angles and ask for a shift in perception.

Call on Holy Spirit to enter us be cause the "walls" are only in our mind.  Spirit finds a way and the power to build a bridge, and bring your relationship into the light and surrounds you.

"I invite the Spirit of God to enter us and dissolve the walls and allow forgiveness.  Is there something I need to surrender and transform?"

The best thing we can do is to be honest with who we are right at this moment.  Our promises to act better mean nothing unless we are willing to bring ourselves to God.
