What’s a muffin top? That layer or roll of fat that hangs over the top of your jeans like a muffin rolls over the top of the paper cup it’s baked in. It just sort of spills right over the edge like its always been there and belongs there, on a muffin yes, not over the tops of your jeans.
Knock of the high-calorie drinks
Beverages have a way of sneaking calories up over on you, they go down easy and they add up twice as fast as they go down. Read the label of the things you drink you may be surprised at what you’ve been socking away on a daily basis especially if you rink more than one or two per day. Water is te best diet drink there is. It’s cheap and there are zero calories and no faking it.
Cardio and ab exercises
There’s no mistaking it, you can’t hang out of the sofa and expect to lose the muffin top or do cardio and ab exercises. Unless you can use your sofa as a mini trampoline and jog in place or do planks and situps on such a soft surface, which may hurt your back, you will need to get up and off of your butt and say goodbye to the couch for a time. Special ab exercises and cardio is a one way trip to being able to see your belt buckle again. (See video)
