The makeup at the 2009 Country Music Television (CMT) Awards had a definitive theme, no matter which hot recording artist stepped out on the red carpet: fun, but classic, with neutral colors. It's not only in line with the summer makeup of 2009, it's the type of look that can never be wrong.
Read on to learn how to get Kellie's glammed up look.
- Start with a sheer-to-medium coverage foundation that will cover and perfect the skin without looking heavy or like a mask. The natural skin should still peek through the foundation, and the finish should be natural, not overly matte or powdery. - Finally, sweep the cheeks with a soft color, using one of the top five blushes for every skin tone, and head out the door.
