How to get a great workout without every leaving your dorm room


Home sweet home...but what's up with that computer?

Since writing my last article, I discovered a great work out routine that you can do from the comfort of your dorm room using only things you have lying around, like text books and dorm furniture. Check it out here, but perhaps you ought to do this while your room mate is at class. It might not be easy to explain why you're doing sit ups while waving your math book above your head, but at least you'll have sizzling abs (as long as you take it easy on the keg stands).
